From Omaha,
NE:
Using
Interstate 29 as a reference point
- take
I-29 north to Exit # 112 (approximately 60 mi).
- Exit
on # 112, and go east on State Hwy 175.
- Proceed
east through Onawa to Turin;10 miles from I-29.
Turin has a population of approximately 75.
- In
Turin, you will see a grape colored marquis
on a storefront on the left (north) side of
the highway.
- Just
after that marquis you will come to Larpenteur
Memorial Road (the only concrete crossroads
in Turin).
- At
the NW corner the intersection of Hwy 175 and
Larpenteuur Rd is a one-story brick building
(sign says "Turin Bank");
- Turn
left (north) on Larpenteur Rd, and come one
mile north along the west edge of the hills
- We
are the fourth mailbox (third visible house)
on the right. We have a big sign in the front
yard

680 bypass around the outskirts of Omaha and join
I-29 N then follow Omaha I-29 directions above

- Take
Exit # 40 (Harlan-Avoca Exit and travel north
on US Hwy 59
- Go
north on US Hwy 59 through Harlan.
- 9
miles north of Harlan State Hwy 37 dead ends at
59. Turn left (west) on State Hwy 37.
- Follow
St Hwy 37 through Earling, Dunlap, and Soldier
to Turin.
- One
mile east of Turin St Hwy 37 ends and joins St
Hwy 175, which goes on west into Turin (one mile).
- Follow
